We traveled with a group of 24 adults. However, our immediate group consisted of 4 couples. We flew to Ft. Lauderdale where we were met by
Celebrity representatives. Our initial contact person was the only Celebrity employee who was not cordial. We observed her reprimanding
someone who didn't have a voucher for the shuttle to the pier. Upon arrival at the pier we received our boarding number. It took about an hour
from the time we received our number until we were on board. As you step aboard, you are greeted and escorted to your cabin. There was time
for a late lunch at the buffet before the life boat drill.

The Century is a beautiful ship. We felt as though we were in a wonderful resort hotel. Our outside cabin was comfortable and had great closet
space. The bathroom was larger than we expected. I appreciated not having to pack a hairdryer as there is one provided. My only complaint
was that there was only one outlet in the room. Our cabin steward did a great job. Our bathroom was always spotless with fresh towels. We also
had ice and ice water at all times.

We enjoyed the entertainment staff and had a great time at the parties around the pool. The singers and dancers in the theater presented good
quality shows. We liked the comedian, Jeff Kerner, also.

We usually ate breakfast in the dining room. We always ate lunch at the buffet or the poolside grill. A nice touch is that the waiters carry your
tray to the table for you. We also sampled the pizza and ice cream in the afternoon. Both were yummy.

The highlight of everyday was dinner. The food was excellent and our waiter and busboy were terrific. Their service was outstanding and they
were both very personable and entertaining. We had so much fun with them that we were always the last ones out of the dining room following
the late seating.

We found that arranging our own transportation in the ports was easy and probably cheaper than the excursions offered on the ship. Also, the
popular excursions sell out quickly, so if there is something you really want to do book it the first day aboard.

In San Juan, we had a guided tour of the city for $10 each. Afterward, we walked around Old San Juan for a little while, had a drink at a strange
little place, and returned to the ship just as it was getting dark. This is a great photo op to take a neat picture of Century at night! In St. Thomas,
we took a cab to Magan's Bay and spent the morning at the beach. The same cab driver came back for us and returned us to the ship. We had
time to clean up and eat lunch before heading back out to do some shopping. In St. Maarten, eight of us hired a cab driver with a minivan to give
us a tour of the island with beach and shopping time. We saw both sides of the island, shopped in Marigot, and swam at Orient Beach (with our
swimsuits on!). He charged us only $15 each. St. Maarten was my favorite port. The water was gorgeous! Nassau was our least favorite stop.
The ship was about an hour and a half late getting into the port. We went on an excursion arranged on the ship to a place called the Blue
Lagoon. We went on a water shuttle that took quite a while to get there. We finally arrived there at 4:00. The beach was disappointing and
smelled bad. We didn't get into the water. We were instructed to be ready for the shuttle at 5:15. However, it didn't come back for us until 6:00.
It made 2 or 3 stops on the way back to the ship. Therefore, by the time we got back to the ship there was no time to do anything else. We
complained to the excursion staff and they refunded half of our money. There was a staff member who had been with us and agreed with our
opinion.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. We would highly recommend Century. Our group is already talking about taking the Western Caribbean
cruise sometime in the future.
