This was our 2nd cruise in two years. The first was on Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the
Seas. Galaxy in our opinion was a step above Majesty of the Seas
overall. We liked our room better due to the extra amenities, such as the safe behind the
mirror, refrigerator, hair dryer and the interactive TV. Celebrity,
known for their 5-star cuisine was no disappointment, with plenty of variety, superb
quality and excellent service, everywhere on the ship. The evening
shows were excellent with nice variety and high quality entertainment. The ports of call
were excellent. We would love to visit each one again. We did not
take the tender to Catalina Island, nor would we recommend others to take it due to many
stories of the rough ride getting there. We chose to stay on ship
that day. We are recommending this ship and itinerary to friends and cruise enthusiasts.
The ship is beautiful and spacious; we never felt crowded. It was
well organized. The embarkment and disembarkment went extremely smooth for us. We brought
a group of 18 others on this cruise. We are planning our
