We traveled with 14 adult family members ranging in age from 29 to 86. We selected the Galaxy based on its reputation
for food, service, and overall quality. Candidly we were disappointed. We found the food to be the major disappointment
given expectations. Service was average at best. Dining room service was adequate; the remainder of the boat seemed
understaffed in all areas. We asked several members of the staff about the service and several indicated independently
that they were understaffed. I don't know if this is related to the RCCL takeover.

On the positive side, the Galaxy is magnificent. The nicest cabins I've seen. Our group had cabins ranging from inside
staterooms to a full suite. From a value standpoint the inside staterooms were outstanding and bigger than any I've seen
while the suites were a little smaller than expected and perhaps not quite the value. The deck on the suites was very
spacious.

Finally, I wrote a letter in advance to Celebrity via my agent with unique requests associated with our trip. I was not
disappointed by their inability to grant my requests but rather by their complete lack of response.
