We took a group on the Costa Victoria on 1/18/98. I was very pleased as a travel agent as to what I saw. From the moment
we got on board, the cruise staff were there playing games and making themselves visible to the passengers. They were
funny and very helpful. They were always doing something with the passengers. Even though Costa Cruise Lines caters to
Europeans, we as Americans did not feel left out at all. They were careful to include all the passengers, young and old.
Positives: Cruise Staff, Cleanliness of the ship, Ship beauty, Shows, Costa's own island was fantastic, Dining room staff, cabin
stewards, quietness of cabins and large picture window for catefory 11 was fabulous. Also price. As a travel agent, I try to
find the best bargains for the most wonderful vacations. I did my research on this ship and was very happy with what I
found.

Negatives: Cabin was a little small but resourceful. Food was good but not a lot of variety. You had to pay for a litre of water
in your cabin ($2.75) which I think should be included.

All and all, I cannot find to much wrong with this ship. It is a credit to Costa Cruise lines and would not hesitate to book it
again.
