Very good value for your money. Not for people who need super luxury. It's nice and clean,
and is a charming boat. Not so many people so more quaint. But the best feature of this
boat ,and i have had comments from people who have been on many cruises, is the food. The
quality is comparable to a very good restaurant in a big city.Quntities are what they
should be, not those gigantic portionswe don't need anyway. They don't compromise quality
for quantity. Nice selection of wine. Wine stewarts who know wine. Overall a pleasant
cruise ,but a simple not fancy cruise. Good for first cruisers to know if you like
cruising.

We have sailed on the Seabreeze 3 times starting with our honeymoon. We have also sailed
RCCL, Majesty and Carnival to compare the Seabreeze with. We were very happy with the
staff throughout the ship for their efficiency, courtesy and overall competence.
We both found the food to be superior in quality and presentation. Out of all the waiters
and busboys we have had on the Seabreeze only one was not perfect. After our honeymoon, we
were so impressed with the dining facilities we encouraged family and friends to join us
on our next two cruises on the Seabreeze.
The shows in the lounge were not as flashy and Vegas-like as on other ships, but the other
acts were very good. We attended numerous activites on board and thoroughly enjoyed them
and the staff that put them on. We particularly enjoyed the newly wed/ anniversay party.
Although the ship is older, we feel she is very well maintained. On our first cruise the
carpet was replaced in our hall and we were never inconvenienced.
We are not really into taking the tours but we were well pleased with the ones we did take
in Cozumel, San Juan and Jamaica. The tender service was very good, especially on our '96
cruise where there was a great deal of weather interference.
Would we sail with Premier again? You bet ..... we sail on the Islandbreeze Feb. 9, 1997!
We feel that Premier has been excellent in service and value. Our only regret is that she
doesn't have more ships with more itineraries.

I can not begin to tell the story of disappointment I had with the Premier Cruise Line. It
all started with a ship that was older than I am and looked twice as old. For example, the
ship's phone system was a rotary dial style that my grandmother does not have any more.
This is an important feature to my fiancee and myself due to runnining a busines even when
on vacation. I had no way of checking my voice mail for a period of four days (we did not
stop at the Cayman Islands). Not only did we not stop at the Cayman Islands, the Premier
cruise line has not decided at this point if, how much and when they will return monies
for the port charges encountered. On my last call to ask for reimbusement, I was told I
would need to take it up with my travel agent; Galaxsea Cruises (they originally booked my
cruise on the previous week and thus sent my wine to the wrong guest(s) for two rooms as
well as cost me an addional $50.00 per person to get the proper cabin. I don't believe
they will be much help). As for the meals, I expected equal quality to the meals I
entertain in Atlanta Georgia. Well, one night the ship offered Lobster. Do not get to
happy at this since the lobster tail was just an over grown shrimp an we were not allowed
to have seconds. Also, if we were not in the dining room by 6:15pm for the dinner seating,
we were not served. I understand the need for time schedules, but there was no other place
to eat on the ship unless you call cucumber on white bread (explained to me as Carribean
sandwiches) as food. The prices of drinks (Cokes and Sprite was $2.00 always) was a
rip-off and down and out price gouging! Coffee and tea at times other than meals were at
an astronomical cost as well. If we had stopped at the Cayman Islands, the party I was
with would have left the ship to fly back to our homes. Although I had to rough it out
with the cruise, my last encounter with the Premier came when I disembarked the ship
(could not wait!!!!). Believe it or not, they lost my luggage. We filed the claim with the
Cruise line only to be put into the same type of treatment as on the ship....SELECTIVE
ENGLISH. A nice party in Florida had my bag and phoned looking for their's. Since I did
not have their bag and could not make the swap, the Dolphion advised them to bring my bag
to the cruise line in Miami to be given back to me. Although I filed a claim on Sunday
October 20 and called Monday October 21, the Premier Cruise line did not notify about the
bag until I CALLED THEM ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 24. They told me the bag had already shipped
to me and would be in soon. I called on Monday October 28 to request a tracking number for
my luggage. At that point I was told the luggage would go out the next day...Tuesday. I
finaly received the luggage on Thursday October 31. Of course the Premier has already
convinced me they have no class, but just in case I was not sure, they sent the luggage
freight collect. the Premier Cruise line was the biggest disappointment toi me and my
family. I will never write a check to the Premier Cruise line nor the Galaxsea travel
agency ever again and I would suggest you don't either. If anyone viewing this message
wishes to contact me for comment, please do not hesitate to E-Mail me at jpainter@peachnet.campus.mci.net

I extremely enjoyed being aboard the SS Seabreeze. I cruised with 3 of my college
roommates and we had a blast. The best part of our cruise was the people. The staff were
the friendliest and most helpful people you could imagine. Given the size of the ship was
relatively smaller than some of the other cruise lines, we met so many friendly and fun
people while on board. We kept running into the same people here and there and we would
always talk about what a great time we were having.
The food in the dining room was out of this world, although it gets a little monotonous by
the 5th day. I found myself craving for a normal chicken parm or hamburger. The excursions
were incredible! The best was in Montego Bay, Jamaica where we went on the Catamaran and
went snorkeling. The crew were very friendly and FUN! The rum punch they served was
strong, but we didn't mind!
We were definately not the biggest ship in the ports, but that didn't matter to anyone I
talked to. Everyone was enjoying themselves and NO ONE WAS BORED! I was worried about
being 'stuck' on the ship all day, but with the live music, games, whirlpools, fun people
and sun, I had a great time.
If your looking for a lap of luxury cruise with all the extras and a bunch of rich people
to talk to, the Seabreeze is not your cruise ship, but if you're looking for a CLEAN ship
with a fantastic crew, passengers, ports, and extras at a GREAT price, I highly reccommend
Premier's SS Seabreeze. Trust me, you'll have an unforgettably terrific time.
I can't wait to go back, I'm already saving. Thank you Premier!

This was my third cruise having been on the Princess Line and a Russian Cruise ship.
This was the weakest of the three cruises. The first day the projector for showing films
broke and that cancelled all the films including SHINE which we had all been waiting to
see.
There was a protrusion of metal in our cabin...that jutted out from the bed platform about
calf high. To get to the closet one needed to pass that unsuspecting 2 inch piece of steel
. We were not told to be cautious so the first 30 minutes into the cruise I cut my leg
badly on that metal. The steward got bandages and an anti-biotic but no one would come to
the cabin to access this problem which will persist for future occupants.
The food was very good and plentiful;dining room staff exceptionally good, polite and
willing.
The exodus from the ship was not explained very well. We found that we were (there were 6
in our party) were waiting ont the deck for permission to leave and it never came...nor
the deck from which to exit. We finally decided to just leave and found that we were
amongst the last passengers to disembark.
Overall the PRICE was right and the ship stable and facilities adequate. Nothing
luxurious...but satisfactory.
The old saying one gets what one pays for would be appropriate for this cruise. Would we
go again... possibly ..if the price were to be right.. The ship was small; we had our own
table for the meals and all the crew certainly tried very hard to do well.
No one in our party took advantage of the midnight buffets... and those of us who wanted
to use the gym were disappointed in its size and the fact that all the films we had hoped
to see never materialized was a big disappointment.. If anyone has specific quesitions I
can be contacted.

This was both my mother's and my first cruise, and basically we had a pleasant trip.
Premier is a budget line and it definitely showed, but primarily in ways we didn't much
care about. So there was not a particularly glitzy interior design; so the only on-board
shop was their one little gift shop. This didn't bother me; that gift shop was good enough
that I bought a pair of earrings and a pretty piece of blue topaz there, cheaper than I
found anywhere on shore. And if their disco didn't have a roof that opened to the stars in
good weather or anything fancy like that, their karaoke bar was full of high spirits and
everyone there had a terrific time.
Things that did bother me a bit: the food is quite good, but with absolutely no
flexibility. It is actually possible to get too little to eat on this ship, either by
being hungry at the wrong times (there is nothing even close to a 24-hour food
availability policy) or by not caring for the theme of the day. When they ran a Mexican
night, there was *NOT ONE* dish on the menu, from appetizers to desserts, that was not
Mexican; for those of us who hate Mexican food, this is a real problem. Similarly at the
buffets... a lot of choices but all contained within a very few broad areas. There'd be
five kinds of pasta salad and then a chicken-salad sandwich made the same way as the pasta
salads, and nothing else. I wanted to see a greater range of difference at any given time;
too often, there was absolutely nothing I liked or I liked everything there, never in
between.
There was a roach in our bathroom once; a small one, I killed it, and I never saw another.
But that's one too many.
Our outside cabin was very tiny and had a porthole instead of a window, but I liked the
porthole; it made it seem more sealike. The cabin was well laid-out, and except for having
to coordinate with my mother every time we changed places, it didn't seem as small as it
was. Good closet space, no drawer space at all.
I was disturbed by Premier's attitude toward onboard activities. There was virtually
*nothing* that did not have to do chiefly with drinking, gambling, or shopping. Bingo,
horse racing, art auctions, fashion shows by the gift shop, bar games, *all* of it meant,
one way or another, 'come spend money you haven't already spent'. I wanted to see far more
truly included-with-the-price activities. I don't mind being suckered to spend extra money
on a trip but I resent it when there's literally nothing else to do. Even the few meager
board games at the hospitality desk had their dice kept locked up except for two hours a
day, so you couldn't use them.
Shore excursions were badly overpriced. I mostly went on my own. The one shore excursion I
took was Dunn's River Falls and it was well-organized and handled. There were a lot of
interesting-looking choices, but mostly I preferred to save my money and go off on my own.
The beauty salon's massages were okay but nothing special. Their hairdresser was terrific;
I was thrilled with my hair both formal nights by the time she was done with it. It takes
a lot to get me thrilled with my hair.
The ship was populated almost exclusively by seniors or semi-seniors (the 50 and up
crowd). This didn't bother me but might bother another passenger my age; there were only a
dozen or so young people on board, and maybe four children. There did seem to be quite
good children's facilities, just few children this cruise.
In general, I had an excellent time with some minor reservations that didn't detract too
much. I would recommend the Seabreeze for people who are looking for a nice, relaxed
Caribbean cruise and aren't endlessly fussy about details; overall, it's great; it just
falls short on some of the nitpicky stuff. Being nitpicky, and also having less interest
in a nice, relaxed cruise than in a port-intensive intellectual cruise next time, I doubt
I will sail Premier again, but I did enjoy this experience and feel I got my money's worth
quite solidly.

This cruise was during spring break. Most of the passengers were high school students.
Supervision was inadequate.
Underage drinking was rampant. Attempts by the crew to conficate alcohol at the gangway
did some good, but was
not totally effextive. The only quite night of the cruise was after leaving Mexico when
the teenagers returned too drunk
to party. Service by the dining room waiter was poor. He was not flexable, especially with
children. On several
occasions other tables were eating desert before we received our main course. These
observations concern one waiter.
The others seemed to be doing a better job. The ports of call were excellent. The contrast
in topography and culture on
the three stops was wonderful. The ship was exceptionally stable in spite of its
relatively small size. This came from its
deep draft. The down side to a deep draft was it kept us in deeper water at two of the
stops and made for a longer
tender ride.

My trip on the Premier Seabreeze was an extreme dissappointment. We made this a family
trip and had looked for ward to it for a year or better. My
daughter was part of a dance troupe that was to perform on the ship and on the island of
Cozumel. We were treated very poorly and rudely by a majority
of the staff and especially by the cruise director. My daughter is 15 and a dancer so
naturally when she and the other girls went to the disco the first night
and tried to have fun they were treated very badly. The assistant cruise director
announced that all under the age of 17 without a parent must leave at
11. Since our girls had thier parents with them we stayed. The dance floor was the size of
a postage stamp and it was made clear to our group that they
didn't want us there, when we stayed they began playing old ;music. The next night when we
went back the sign saying no one under 17 without a parent
was missing. At 11 the assistant cruise director made the announcment that ANYONE under 17
had to leave and if you did not have an ID with you you
had to leave. In other words they changed the rules. At 11 he came to our group and
checked everyone and then made us leave although there were
many others still there obviously as young as our girls. I might add that this was the
only entertainment for our girls to partake of. The entertainment in the
lounge was geared for adults. When we took our objections to the Cruise Director
"Birney" he told us in no uncertain terms that it was an international rule
because alcohol was served in the disco. This is bull since alcohol is served all over the
ship at all times. Also, you are not required to carry ID only the
Premier card. The card will have a hole punched in it if you are under 21. Next the cabin
although clean was ancient. We were told that ours was one of
the largest rooms on board. That is hard to believe. The food is good but you must eat on
a schedule or you do not eat at all.. I always believed that when
on vacation there is no schedule. That would be fine since dining rooms must run according
to a schedule but there was no food available anywhere else
after a certain time. The shore excursions were fine. We enjoyed ourselves, but there
again we were constantly being rushed for time. We danced on
Cozumel so we did not get to shop or see much of the sights. On Jamaica we did the
Waterfall tour. which is great but long. The bus ride takes up about 4
hours. Again we didn't get much shopping time and this is supposedly the island to get
great bargains. On the Cayman Islands we did the triple crown
snorkeling which was great but the shopping was extremely expensive. Knowing what I know
now I would take another cruise but on a nicer ship. Other
more traveled passengers talked about Carnival and Royal Caribbean highly. Also, I would
only go for 3 days instead of 7. If it had not been for our cabin
steward, waiter, and busboy the ship experience would have been horrible. By the way,
horrible is how the cruise director described me when confronted
with our displeasure. I will also add that our girls packed the lounge both nights they
performed but did not get a single word of praise from the
entertainment staff. Other passengers stopped us constantly to tell us what a great job
they did. When we asked them to announce the girls they refused.
We had to pass along their show times by word of mouth. We were booked through the New
Olympians Tours and paid full price for all of us. They did not
pay us for the performances. That was okay, but a "good job" would have been
nice. I am not sure who did a worst job for the preparation and service on
this cruise, the cruise staff or New Olympians. Whomever, it doesn't really matter. All I
do know is that I will NEVER travel with the Premier Cruise Line again
and if asked I will try to dissway anyone else from wasting their money.. Diana Bunch
