Overall, we enjoyed our cruise because of the people we met and the destination of Bermuda, but the actual cruise experience left something to be
desired.

Ship: The ship is beautiful. It is very well laid out - easy to find your way around. The public spaces are beautiful and spacious. There are plans to stretch
the ship which we hope will not spoil it. We thought it was great as it is.

Cabin: We had an outside cabin on deck 7. The cabin was fine except that there was less closet space compared with other ships we have been on. The
bathroom was small, but not as small as some we have had. There was some noise from the toilets being flushed. The weather was a little rough and our
room was at the bow. There was considerable rocking and noise from the waves crashing against the bow. This was our second time to Bermuda and
both times the sea was rough.

Food: This was where our major complaints were. The food in the dining room was poor. To us it tasted like TV dinners some of the time. The desserts
were terrible. I had one of the worst key lime pies! We usually stuck to ice cream as did our table mates. There were not enough wine stewards so do not
expect to get a drink right away. Our waiter was nice but he was so nervous on several occasions he tried to bring the wrong entree or appetizer to the
wrong person. The busboy was serving so many tables we all sat without out water glasses being refilled. Several times when we first sat down to the
table there was no water and we had to wait 15 minutes to get our glasses filled. The dining room seemed crowded to us not much space between tables.
The lunch and midnight buffets were clearly the leftovers from dinner (not even attempting to disguise them - the steak and kidney pie was the worst!). It
was hard to find a place to sit and the staff did not seem to keep the dirty dishes cleared.

Poolside service: I have never had the souvenir drinks pushed so hard at me. It was constant - a different drink and container every day. The waiters
were always yelling out for people to buy drinks.

Cabin service: We never met our cabin stewardess on this cruise. She never introduced herself. This is the first time this has ever happened. Usually the
cabin steward is there to greet you and you see them frequently throughout the cruise. Not so this time. The room was clean but we did notice that the
sheets were changed only once during the trip..

Activities; We enjoyed all the activities on board. Wonderful singers and piano player in the lounge.

Embarkation and disembarkation were smooth. It did take awhile to clear customs in Boston.

Bermuda was wonderful. Wonderful golfing there - we especially enjoyed the golf course at St George. It was very convenient to go there from the boat
and the views were lovely. Just a hint...You can book your own golf excursion directly with the golf courses and save money. We found that the boat was
making about 10 dollars pp to just to book it for you and they were not very accomodating about booking other tee times from what they had listed (
which was very limited). It is easy to book them yourself and you don't have to deal with the hassle from the cruise staff.
