This was our fourth voyage on this ship - the first three times when it was operated by Royal Cruise Line, which was a really super operator. Things are not
quite as nice under NCL, altho this is still a fine vessel and well kept up. Food is normal for a good cruise line, in other words very good, altho the buffet at
noon is rather poor. For variety, there is a hamburger/hot dog stand on the top deck, altho usually too cool or windy to utilize on this trip. They used to
have gyros, etc. when RCL ran it, but no longer.

The shows are pretty good but repetitive on this one-week cruise. Activities during the day were quite limited, unless you like going to the art auctions,
which is just a technique to make you spend more money. Nice movie theater, but it is ridiculous to censor the good parts, considering the average age of
the passengers. Bridge players will miss any organized games.

Dress was unusually casual. They had two 'formal nights', which were defined as the men wearing neckties and sport jackets. Other nights, just sports
shirts. First cruise I ever had a Captain's Farewell Party where the captain didn't appear and there were no free drinks.
