This was our second cruise and for the most part was very enjoyable. Service and accommodation was exceptional and we particlularly enjoyed the
advantageof a balcony off our stateroom. The food was excellent and plentiful. Tender service and embarkation and disembarkation. was very well
organized and efficient. The flight connections on arrival and departure to San Juan prevented us from taking part in any of the tours at that location
which was dissapointing. The visit to the port of Laguarda Venezuela was very disapointing and served no value unless you particpated in the tour to
the glass factory in Caracass. The port itself is filthy and not safe for walking about. The only other option was to remain aboard ship. Other
passengers expressed the same views and felt that this stop should be eliminated from the agenda. We had the second sitting for dinning and found
that by the time we managed to get to the entertainment shows that there was no seating available and often had to stand or leave for lack of room.
Qur dinning room seating arrangement seemed crowded and at times uncomfortable, we had a table that was situated near the wall and I found
myself moving from side to side to accommodate the staff waitingon tables. On our last cruise on a ship similiar in stature, the diining room appeared
less congested and provided for occassional entertainment live at your table which was a nice classy touch.

In summary it was a very enjoyable cruise with the exception of Venezuela and I would highly recommend it to anyone contemplating a cruise. I
would however suggest that the flight itinerary be checked to avoid dissapointment if wishing to visit SanJuan.
