This was an absolutely wonderful cruise! This is my 4th cruise with Princess and have no reason to want
to change. First of all we , my boyfriend and I, were supposed to be on the Aloha deck but 2 days before
the cruise my travel agent called and said we had been upgraded to a mini-suite. I was extremely excited!
Embarkation was painless as usual and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of our cabin. We also
had a butler, who really didn't do very much but bring us our menus and appetizers before dinner. We left
New York at 4pm on Sunday and arrived in St. George Bermuda at 1pm Tuesday. The day at sea was
very relaxing. We went snorkeling to Tobacco Bay which actually was packed with people from two ships. I
suggest finding another place to snorkel although there were some pretty big and colorful fish there. Just
too many people for the size of the beach. We actually were supposed to take a snorkeling tour that was
cancelled because of lack of interest which was dissappointing. Wednesday we went to Horseshoe Bay
which was absolutely beautiful! And on Thursday we went snorkeling to Church Bay which was great!! We
also went to the Botanical Gardens but it was so hot we couldn't stay out in the sun too long. Friday we
took the sea kayaking tour which was alot of fun and very informative. We hardly ever saw our steward,
Gil, but our room was always made up and clean. No complaints in that department. The dining room staff
were very good. Our waiter Emmanuel was quite efficient and his assistant Costel was also very good. I
nominated him for employee of the month because of his wonderful attitude! Our head waiter, Sandro
was also wonderful. When noone wanted baked alaska at our table he made sure we got the cherry pie
we were asking for. We met some wonderful people who have become very good friends. This cruise had
many, many people over 65. Just a few dozen under 40. Which wasn't a problem for us. We just like to
relax and hang out not necessarily party 24-7. Disembaktion back in New York on Sunday went pretty
smooth. Although our motorcoach driver didn't know how to get us back to Springfield, MA. She was going
to go to New Jersey and add 2 hours of travel time. Come to find out she wasn't even a driver but the
dispatcher. I guess they couldn't find anyone to drive! Well, anyways we got home safely with plenty of
wonderful memories. Nice job once again Princess!!!
