The overall cruise experience on the Princess Pacific was very good. This was my second
trip to the Panama Canal and the ports of call was what I was
interested before deciding to book the cruise. This cruise was my cruisemates first
cruise, so he didn't know what to expect. I felt that the cabin steward
and the dining steward did an excellent job toward making our trip enjoyable. I felt the
dinning presentation of the meals was good. If there are any
negatives, I must say that the shore excursions was a disappointment on some of the
islands. In adequate transportation vehicles was used to transport
us on some of the tours on the island. For the overall of the cruise I would give it a
rating of 85 +. I cannot give it all 100% because I feel that I did not
take advantage of all facilities. Thus, I feel that this cruiseline does not meet the
luxurious style of cruising because of cost. Hope this will give you some
idea of how I felt. Incidentally, we are cruising on the Princess Pacific again on Dec 16,
1997. This cruise will be the Holy Land. I guess I can't say your
cruiseline is all that bad......because I am going again! Hopefully, you'll have something
exciting for the year 2000, Millennium!
