This was our secong trip on the Regal ( have been on the Crown, Sky also). Ship is very clean and service is superb. Since it
was an 11 day cruise, i believe the average age of the cruiser was higher than on a seven day cruise. Entertainment was
good. One of the comedians needed help with his act - but they are the short timers. The production shows were wonderful.
Cicus Soleil type with acrobats who were very good. Shore excursions were good variety for everyone. One thing to note -
on a Panama Canal Cruise you are going thru a very narrow channel in the hot tropical jungle. It gets very warm on board
during passage thru the Canal. Once out at sea things are temperate again. I have been on ten cruises, been to New
Orleans in July, Aug. and have never experienced the heat and humidity of the eight hours in the canal - Going thru the
canal was worth putting up with the heat. Many air conditioned viewing areas if you needed to be cool.
