There was no entertainment poolside. There was usually a band playing during lunch time in the lounge just off the
back deck. I really enjoy hearing the bands over the lunch hour and was greatly disappointed with this ship in that
regard. The cleanliness of the ship was another disappointment. There was often food and rubbish laying around on
the deck. Even inside the ship one would find food particles and trash on the floor. Waiters would walk right by this
mess and not pick it up. The Dining Room was a real joy. The food was superb and the service even better! The
Dining Room staff put on little activities, like dancing the macarena, or the French night champagne waterfall. These
were very well received. The entertainment was somewhat less than expected. The band in the lounge didn't know
the words to the songs they played. In the show lounge, most of the singing was lip-sync'd. The destinations were
great. I love the Mexican ports, Cabo San Lucas and Acapulco. The Panama Canal was awesome! Overall, the
cruise was okay but I'd never sail on the Sky Princess again.
