Wheel chair accessablity: Was good every where except the carpet was to thick, so our
friend could not push himself around the ship very well. The ramp going into the bathroom
in his cabin was to steep, we had to keep running to his cabin to help him in and out. (He
had to take over an hour shower waiting for us.) Excellent help at the embarkation and
debarkation. The Windjammer Cafe ( Lido): Nice decor and atmosphere, but the food lacked
in taste. Cabins: We could hear the discussions in the cabin next to ours. Glad we only
had one neighbor. Don't get a cabin all the way up front! Rocks too much and lots of noise
from the working crew! Cabin #5501 shouldn't exist. Dining Room: Service was pretty good,
food was good. Under par for RCCL. What happened? It's like Viking Serenade is not an RCCL
ship.
