This was our first cruise and our honeymoon. I did our homework, so weren't shocked, but surprised at how much we
would enjoy the cruise. We did have a great cabin and I'm sure that helps alot. We had privacy with the two large window
with the life boats, but outside the windows, there was only a cat walk for crew only. Our cabin 3908 was large and we
thought perfectly situated, with elevators close by. I did hear a rumor however, that our cruise was only 2/3 full.

We were warned by friends that the shore excursions weren't that great. I think this is more so if you are from California,
and we are. I think for people who have not been to the sites selected, it would hold greater interest. In Ensenada they
had great knock off leather goods, i.e. Dooney Burke, LVX, etc. I hear if you are taking very expensive medications, you
can purchase them quite inexpensively there. Also, perscription eyeglasses. If were in a group in Ensenada we would
probably have taken a taxi to the Marketplace. You can do this on a tour, but you have to go where they want to first. I
thought I was going to have a fabulous lobster lunch...forget it. They deep fry the lobster and it isn't close to what we are
use to having, at least not in Ensenada.

I won $300 in the slots, so you can win money on a cruise ship!!! And no, I did not put in alot of money...less than $20.

We can't wait to take another cruise, but will probably do a 3-day instead.
